We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Talimstore. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your options for returning a product.
You may return most products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, saleable condition, with all original packaging, tags, seals, and manuals intact.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or invoice).
The product must not be on our list of Non-Returnable Items (see Section 2 below).
Note: In accordance with U.A.E. Consumer Protection Law, if a non-defective item is returned with opened or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product’s price.
For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received in a defective condition:
Software & Digital Products: Any downloaded software, digital presets, or license keys.
Personalized/Customized Items: Any equipment or accessories that have been engraved or customized.
Opened Consumables & Accessories: Items such as memory cards, batteries, lens filters, or cleaning kits where the packaging seal has been broken.
Clearance/Sale Items: Any products clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Step 1: Request Authorization
For damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For all other eligible returns, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Email our support team at support@talimstore.com with the following information:
Your Order Number
A clear description of the reason for the return.
For damaged/defective items, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Step 2: Return Shipping
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to our facility in Dubai.
Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or the item is defective), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Step 3: Inspection & Approval
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
You will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your return.
Processing Time: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Deductions: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
We only offer direct exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product. We will ship the replacement item free of charge after we receive and inspect the original returned item. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
Many of our products, such as cameras and lenses, come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product develops a fault covered by the warranty, please contact us at support@talimstore.com with your proof of purchase. We will guide you through the warranty claim process.

14-Day Return Window: Our policy is aligned with the 14-day return period mandated by U.A.E. Consumer Protection Law for non-defective goods.
Restocking Fees: The application of restocking fees for items with damaged packaging is permitted under U.A.E. regulations.
Warranties: All warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and the U.A.E. Commercial Transactions Law.
