We deliver across the entire United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched from our Dubai facility.

We partner with trusted courier services in the U.A.E. (e.g., Aramex, Emirates Post) to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
In line with U.A.E. Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to inquire about your delivery status at any time.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over AED 300 within the U.A.E.

Express Delivery: Available for major cities for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability and rates.
Note: Shipping fees for oversized or heavy items (e.g., large tripods, studio lighting kits) may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. If the initial delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will typically attempt a second delivery.
If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse in Dubai. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the product amount, minus the original and return shipping fees.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged item or if your package is lost in transit, you must report it to us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date by emailing support@talimstore.com.
Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage (including the packaging).
In accordance with U.A.E. law, we will investigate the claim with our courier partner and arrange for a replacement or a full refund for any items confirmed to be lost or damaged in transit.
All returns and exchanges are processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy. As per U.A.E. Consumer Protection Law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original, unopened packaging.
Once your payment is successfully made, a confirmation notice will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of the transaction.
