At Talimstore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order or request a replacement, please review the following terms carefully.
Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellation After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy after you have received them.
Cancellation by Talimstore: We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.
We offer a free replacement for products under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or is defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic proof of the damage or defect is required.
Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement:
The item must be returned with all its original tags and in its original, unopened packaging.
A replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the item.

Your full name and order number.
A clear reason for the cancellation or replacement request.
Clear photos or a short video of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations: Approved cancellations are processed and refunded within 48 hours.
Replacements: Once your replacement request is approved and we receive the original item (if required), the new item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
